At Looksmaxing App, we stand behind the quality of our service. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription purchases.


Jurisdiction: This policy is governed by the laws of France.




2. Eligibility for Refunds


You may be eligible for a refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:


Within 30 Days: Your refund request is made within 30 days of your initial purchase


Limited Usage: You have used the service for less than 7 days after payment


Valid Reason: You provide a legitimate reason for your dissatisfaction

3. Refund Exclusions


Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:


Excessive Usage: You have actively used the service for more than 7 days after payment


Late Request: Your refund request is made after 30 days from the purchase date


Violation of Terms: You violated our Terms of Use (spam, abuse, fraud, etc.)


Chargebacks: You initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first


Renewal Payments: Automatic renewal charges (you must cancel before renewal to avoid charges)


Partial Periods: No refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation




4. How to Request a Refund


Step 1: Contact Support

  • Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Your Name]"
  • Account Email: The email associated with your Looksmaxing account
  • Reason for Refund: A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  • Date of Purchase: When you subscribed
  • Subscription Plan: Which plan you purchased (1 week, 1 month, 6 months)

  • Step 2: Provide Justification

    You must provide a valid reason for your refund request. Examples include:

  • Technical issues preventing you from using the service
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of recommendations
  • Accidental duplicate purchase
  • Service did not meet expectations as advertised

  • Generic reasons like "I changed my mind" may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


    Step 3: Verification

    Our team will verify:

  • Your account activity and usage
  • The date of your purchase
  • Whether you meet the eligibility criteria

  • Step 4: Decision

    We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days with:

  • Approval: Refund will be processed
  • Denial: Explanation of why the refund was denied

  • 5. Refund Processing Time


    5.1 Processing Period

    Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days.


    5.2 Payment Method

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card).


    5.3 Bank Processing

    After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to credit your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.




    6. Cancellation vs. Refund


    Important: Cancelling your subscription is NOT the same as requesting a refund.

  • What It Does: Stops future billing and auto-renewal
  • Effect: You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Refund: No refund for the current period (unless you separately request one and meet eligibility criteria)

  • What It Does: Returns your money for the current billing period
  • Effect: Immediate termination of access
  • Eligibility: Must meet all conditions outlined in Section 2



  • 7. Fraudulent Refund Requests


    We take fraud seriously. If we determine that you:

  • Made false claims to obtain a refund
  • Abused our refund policy
  • Used the service extensively and then requested a refund in bad faith

  • We reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban your account
  • Report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities



  • 8. Chargebacks


    Please contact us BEFORE initiating a chargeback.


    If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company without contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • You will be banned from future use of Looksmaxing App
  • We may contest the chargeback and provide evidence to your bank

  • We prefer to resolve issues directly with you through our support team.




    9. Exceptions and Special Cases


    9.1 Technical Issues

    If our service experiences prolonged downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using it, we may offer:

  • Pro-rated refunds
  • Extended subscription period
  • Account credit

  • Contact us at contact@looksmaxing.app to report technical issues.


    9.2 Accidental Purchases

    If you accidentally purchased:

  • The same subscription twice
  • The wrong subscription plan

  • Contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or plan adjustment.




    10. No Refunds After Service Completion


    Once you have:

  • Received your full personalized report
  • Used the service for more than 7 days
  • Downloaded or saved your analysis results

  • You are considered to have "completed" the service, and refunds will generally not be granted.




    11. Subscription Downgrades


    If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan:

  • Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
  • No refunds for the difference between plans for the current period
